When and how does Sigma receive your payment?
Sigma is paid by standard bank transfer (EFT), usually within one to two working days of your card payment clearing. They receive the full invoice amount.
What does it cost?
1.85% per payment on American Express, and 2.50% on Visa or Mastercard. No monthly charges, no setup costs, no hidden fees.
Is the fee tax deductible?
In most cases the transaction fee is an allowable business expense. Check with your accountant for your specific circumstances.
What if I already have a direct debit set up with Sigma?
Many customers pay by card through Bluechain and cancel the direct debit to take advantage of the cashflow and rewards.
