and travelling are still high.

Be
aware:
- But are the participants
using the CD-Rom after 6 months?
- Do they keep track
on up-dates?
- Can the enterprise
control the efficiency on the participants?
- High cost factor
for shipment and tracking
3. WBT (Web Based Training) and Live (on-line live eLearning)
Conditions:
- Every participant
must have access to Internet
- Multimedia PC (headset
or microphone and earphones)
- A subcription form
on-line
- Standardising the
browser to all participants and the enterprise
Good:
- Very cost effective
(maximum 90' per session)
- Anywhere at any
time (outside office hours)
- Keep track (statistics)
on the levels of participants
- Resolve questions
in a user friendly matter
- One moderator can
test thousands of participants
Be
aware:
- Are the participants
willing to follow live eLearning sessions outside office hours ?
- Are the participants
familiar with the Internet applications?
- Are the participants
ready to accept assessments on-line?
